END CULTURE is a trading brand operated by Orion GLE Ltd. These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Product descriptions, images, sizes, availability and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens and manufacturing tolerances. Products marked Coming Soon are previews only and cannot be purchased until released.

An order is subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

For online purchases, consumers normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by these terms. Please see our Returns information for the process.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
